Queer Tantra
Tantrisia kohtaamisia sateenkaareville

Tässä Ihmisten yhdistäjien työpajassa pääset tutustumaan tantrisiin harjoituksiin rennossa ilmapiirissä queer-ihmisten kesken.
Harjoitukset kutsuvat sinua läsnäoloon, autenttisuuteen ja yhteyteen. Ne tarjoavat mahdollisuuden riisua naamiot ja kohdata oikeasti.
Teemme työpajassa kohtaamiseen kutsuvia tantrisia harjoituksia. Olemme myös leikin, liikkeen ja tietoisen kosketuksen äärellä.

 Miten paljon voin nähdä, entä antaa itseni näkyä?
 Miten monin eri tavoin voimme kohdata ja kokea yhteyttä?
 Miten olla läsnä, itsekseen ja yhdessä, kaikissa sateenkaaren väreissä?

Voit osallistua yksin, oman kumppanin/kumppaneiden tai kavereiden kanssa. Osallistuaksesi et tarvitse aiempaa kokemusta. Harjoituksia tehdään yksin, vaihtuvien parien ja/tai oman parin kanssa sekä ryhmässä.

Kaikki harjoitukset perustuvat vapaaehtoisuuteen. Kunnioitamme tapahtumissa omia ja toisten rajoja. Luomme yhdessä turvallisempaa tilaa kaikille.
Tilaisuus on K-18, päihteetön ja syrjinnästä vapaata aluetta. Moninaisuus on rikkautta. Osallistujat sitoutuvat luottamuksellisuuteen.
 

Työpaja on suunnattu HLBTIQA+ ihmisille.

Pue päälle mukavat ja joustavat vaatteet. Sellaiset, joissa viihdyt ja jotka tuntuvat hyvältä. Tuo mukanasi oma vesipullo ja halutessasi pientä välipalaa tauolle. Vältä voimakkaiden hajusteiden käyttöä ja saavu paikalle vain terveenä.

Saapuminen tilaan on klo 16-16:30 välisenä aikana.
Klo 16:30 ohjaus alkaa, joten tulethan ajoissa.
Tilaisuus päättyy yhteiseen lopetukseen klo 20.

Mukaan mahtuu yhteensä 20 osallistujaa.
Emme lähetä erillistä osallistujakirjettä.
Työpaja ohjataan suomeksi ja/tai englanniksi tarpeen mukaan.

Työpajan ohjaa Kristiina Puukko. Hän on seksuaaliterapeutti, tantraohjaaja ja yhteisöpedagogi. Kristiina on työskennellyt pitkään yhteisöllisyyden ja yhdenvertaisuuden edistämiseksi. Hän on luonut monenlaisia tapahtumia ja kohtaamisen areenoita eri kohderyhmille yli 15 vuoden ajan. Kristiina on voittanut palkinnon sateenkaarikulttuurin edistämisestä (QX Awards).

Tantric Encounters for Queer Folks
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore tantric practices in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere among queer people.

The exercises invite you to presence, authenticity, and connection. They offer a chance to drop the masks and truly meet one another.
During the workshop, we will engage in tantric exercises that foster connection. We will also explore play, movement, and conscious touch.

 How much can I see, and how much can I allow myself to be seen?
 How many ways are there to connect and truly encounter one another?
 How can I be present—alone and with others—in all the colors of the rainbow?

You can participate alone, with your partner(s), or with friends. No prior experience is needed. The exercises are done individually, in pairs (rotating or with your own partner), and in a group setting.

All exercises are voluntary, and we respect both our own and others’ boundaries. Together, we create a safer space for everyone. The event is 18+, substance-free, and free from discrimination. Diversity is a richness, and all participants commit to confidentiality.

 This workshop is designed for LGBTQIA+ people.

Wear comfortable and flexible clothing—something that feels good to move in. Bring a water bottle and, if you wish, a small snack for the break. Please avoid strong fragrances and only attend if you are feeling well.

Arrival at the venue is between 16:00 and 16:30.
The session starts at 16:30, so please be on time.
The event ends with a shared closing at 20:00.

A total of 20 participants can join.
We do not send a separate confirmation email.
The workshop will be guided in Finnish and/or English as needed.

The workshop is guided by Kristiina Puukko. She is a sex therapist, tantra facilitator, and community educator. Kristiina has long been working to promote inclusivity and community building. Over the past 15+ years, she has created various events and platforms for meaningful encounters among different groups. She has also been awarded for her contributions to queer culture (QX Awards).
